- All mattresses approx. 200 x 90 cm, hardness H2, molleton pad.
- Covered beds. 3 pillows (per double bed). Extra blankets available.

- Fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, freezer and dishwasher. Stove with oven, 2 microwaves, filter coffee maker with 2 pots, kettle, toaster. Garbage bags, dishwashing utensils and dishwasher tabs are provided.

- Living room on the ground floor with 55-inch LED TV, Blu-ray player, game console, stereo system, air conditioning.
- Living room on the 2nd floor with game table and reading area. Board games, chess board, books (German, English).
- 2 bathrooms, 1 WC and sauna area with sauna, WC and shower. Hairdryers and height-adjustable bathroom stools in all bathrooms and sauna area. A total of 3 showers, a bathtub, 4 toilets, a bidet, and a urinal.
- Towels, bath mats, bath and sauna towels are provided.
- Terrace and balcony: 2 extendable garden tables and 12 garden chairs. Napoleon Rogue propane gas grill with sizzle zone, designed for 13 people. Awnings on the terrace.

- 2 washing machines, 1 dryer, 2 drying racks, ironing board with iron. Drying poles on the balcony, e.g. for jerseys.
- Large wardrobe in the basement.
- Sturdy clothes rails and hangers for leather suits and storage space for helmets, suitcases and luggage in the basement.
